Brendan, Owner of B&B Exterior Cleaning, LLC

Hi, I’m Brendan, and I’m proud to be a third-generation pressure washing and window cleaner business owner . My grandfather started it all back in Mesa, Arizona, with Desert Power Wash, a family business he ran alongside my grandmother, Shirley. When my dad, Craig, joined the team, it became a true family operation keeping homes and businesses clean in the desert heat.

I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington, but every summer I’d head down to Arizona with my brother Brooks to help out. Those hot days working side-by-side with my grandpa and dad taught me the craft from the ground up—how to handle pressure washing equipment safely, read surfaces, and deliver results that last.

Later, I worked for a professional window cleaning company, where I mastered streak-free interior/exterior techniques and learned the importance of gentle, effective methods on glass and delicate exteriors.

In 2002, I took what I’d learned from three generations and started my own company right here in Spokane: B&B Exterior Cleaning, LLC. Today, we’re a family-owned business serving homeowners, businesses, storefronts, HOAs, and more across the Spokane area. We specialize in professional window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, soft washing, steam cleaning, and full exterior restoration—always using the right approach to protect your property and restore its fresh look.

Caiden Fickenscher – Lead Technician / Owner’s Son

Caiden is a true homegrown part of the B & B Exterior Cleaning team—growing up in the family business and bringing energy, skill, and reliability to every job.

He got his start as a teenager, working summers alongside his father in the pressure washing and window cleaning trade. Those early experiences built a strong foundation in hard work, precision, and customer satisfaction.

After a few years living in Arizona, Caiden returned to Spokane with his fiancée to start their family and put down roots. His father welcomed him back as a full-time team member, where he’s since become an essential part of our operations—tackling residential homes, commercial properties, gutters, soft washing, and everything in between with the same dedication that defines our family-run business.

Outside of work, Caiden stays active and recharges by fishing Spokane’s lakes and rivers (he’s always up for sharing his favorite spots!) and training in Muay Thai—the high-intensity martial art that keeps him sharp, disciplined, and ready for any challenge.

Caiden’s passion for the outdoors, fitness, and family shines through in his work ethic: he treats every customer’s property like his own and delivers results you can trust.
